FAQ

Buying vocals

What exactly do I get? Lossless WAV files, delivered instantly. The Entry license contains the lead vocal dry and wet; the Professional license adds the premixed vocal, harmonies, backings, doubles, production stems, a MIDI file and the lyrics — everything the singer recorded for that vocal. See Licenses for the full breakdown.

How does delivery work? Right after payment you land on your download page, and the same links go to your email. The link signs you in without a password and keeps working — come back any time.

Can I use the vocal commercially? Yes. Every purchase comes with a personalized license agreement in your name: release on all platforms, unlimited streams and copies. The exact scope is written in your agreement — one PDF, no fine print hidden elsewhere.

What does "non-exclusive" mean? The singer can license the same vocal to other producers too. If you want a vocal all to yourself, look for exclusives — sold once, then delisted from sale.

Are these real singers? Only real singers. Every vocal is performed by a human artist with a public profile — their Instagram and Spotify are one click away. No AI vocals, ever.

What payment methods do you accept? Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, Klarna and more — depending on your country. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Do I get an invoice? Yes — there is an invoice button on your order page, reachable through your confirmation email.

Something is wrong with my order. Write to support@voxalized.com within 14 days — we fix the package or refund. Details in the Terms.
